How do I check the status of my order?
We've given you protection! Using our website's helpful feature of signing your account, you may easily adjust your order. You only need to navigate to the "Orders" phase to see everything you need to understand. In addition, Womantra will send you an email with your tracking number so you can keep track of your saree as it arrives!
Which payment options do you support?
Womantra must ensure that your shopping experience is as simple as possible. For this reason, we provide a wide variety of payment options. You can pay with UPI, internet banking, credit score/debit cards (Visa, MasterCard, American Express), or wallets like Google Pay and Paytm. To ensure a secure transaction, we also accept payments from PayPal made from outside of India.
When can I expect my products to be delivered?
Your saree will be here in a few days! Delivery in India typically takes 5 to 7 business days to arrive. International orders can take between 15-20 business days, depending on where you are located. Have faith that Womantra will keep you informed with updates and tracking details as soon as it makes its way.
Are the colors shown on the website the actual ones?
Womantra makes every effort to capture the beauty of our sarees as accurately as possible! However, there may be a slight variation in the colors' appearance between online and in-person depending on your display's screen settings and lighting. You will like the saree in person, though—it's even more beautiful!
What are the steps for returning an order?
Do not be alarmed if your saree falls short of your expectations. You have one week from the date of delivery to cross it back. We will guide you through the easy move return system if you simply send us an email at womantraonline@gmail.com with the quantity of your order. Womantra is right here to help make it straight!
Do you provide a pickup service for return requests?
Sure, of course! Womantra provides a free pickup service for returns if your primary location is in India. We'll arrange for the actual pickup from your door as soon as your go return is displayed. Orders placed from outside of India are kindly requested to be returned via your preferred courier service.
Can I cancel my order after it’s shipped?
We cannot stop your order midway once it is on its way. You can return the item when you're getting it, so don't worry if you still want to change it. Womantra will assist you with the swap or return if you simply contact us!
